Ivybridge Rail Users Group

Ivybridge Rail Users Group was inaugurated on 28th September 2004. The group was formed by local rail users with the help and support of Ivybridge Town Council. The Group covers the Ivybridge area and local parishes, whose nearest station is Ivybridge.
The main aims and objectives of the group are:-
1. To work with the the rail companies to help bring about improvements in the service and facilities at Ivybridge station.
2. To promote the wider use and benefits of rail travel to the people of Ivybridge and the local parishes.
3. To work with the local and regional authorities to ensure the station and surrounding areas are kept maintained and in a clean, safe and secure condition.
The group holds regular meetings approximately every 2 months at Ivybridge TownHall.
