3 Jun 2008 - News from the AGM

A brief summary of the AGM firstly brought about some changes in the officers of the group. Phillip Dredge takes over as Chairman and Publicity officer whilst the position of Secretary is now the responsibilty of Ed Rook. Malcolm Thomson continues as Webmaster.

There is to be a small celebration at the station (Date not set) to welcome the stopping of HST's at Ivybridge from December where Gary Streeter will be in attendance along with representatives of the Group and FGW officials.

There was however concern expressed at the timings of the trains in December as it means longer waits for schoolchildren returning home from Plymouth.
