1 Apr 2008 - Prime Minister adds his voice to concerns over FGW

Gordon Brown has added his own warnings to FGW over their poor service to its customers. The Prime Minister said that he was monitoring the situation and was seeking a service of the highest standards in the future or otherwise lose their franchise. Let's hope both FGW and Gordon Brown keep their word and we get a much improved service soon or lose their franchise if not.
